Shannon Sirles
VP of Engineering/Manufacturing

 Shannon Sirles serves as InProduction's VP of Manufacturing and Engineering. Shannon initially joined T&B Equipment, which merged with InProduction. In this role, he became part of the engineering and design team, adapting to the art of steel fabrication to facilitate the production of the company's seating, staging, and hospitality products. Today, Shannon collaborates closely with the sales department to design the best scenario for each event. He also works with the design team to illustrate these ideas, initially in drawings, and finally, with the production and installation teams to bring those ideas to life.
